High-pressure drilling risers designed to your requirements
We have developed several large-diameter flange designs for high-pressure riser applications, including shallow water jack-up and deepwater dry-tree drilling risers.
All our designs are independently verified to comply with the requirements of API RP 2RD or ISO 13628‑7 in terms of material utilisation limits and sealing capacity.
Optimised designs are available, with enhanced bending capacity and sealing performance in dynamically loaded applications.
Since 2008, our proprietary flange designs have been used extensively in multiple North Sea drilling risers and in applications involving working pressures of up to 15,000psi .
