Nimway is a high-capacity, quick make-up riser connector designed for completion and workover riser applications.
The elastic sleeve has preload applied directly by hydraulic cylinders, giving unrivalled make-up accuracy, repeatability and reliability. Since Nimway is not torqued, there is no galling or wear.
Nimway offers fast two-minute make/break on our proprietary hydraulic spider and make-up tool, along with quick and safe hands-free operation, RFID tracking and real-time preload logging.
Nimway can be run with a metal bore seal for gas-tight operation up to 20,000 psi and 350°F. Dual elastomer bore seals provide back-up and environmental sealing.
With fatigue- and damage-resistant threads, replaceable seals and repairable components, Nimway is designed for easy maintenance and operation through life of field.
